The terms and conditions of sale detailed here the contractual relationship between the customer and the company Geohabitat, Environmental Health, Ltd. (henceforth referred to as Geohabitat), and both parties accept these conditions with all rights reserved. These general terms and conditions of sale are the only conditions applicable. The customer, confirm your order, you accept these terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of Sale are important to the client and to the Geohabitat, to the extent that were thought to protect customer's rights as a consumer and to protect the rights of Geohabitat as company, and to create an understanding between the parties.
The order must be made by the customer on the website www.geohabitat.pt. After the application, the Geohabitat will send the customer an email notification, order confirmation, indicating the time limit for delivery. The prices indicated on the website are in Euros and include VAT. However, do not include the delivery price. The shipping charges, depending on the destination of the same, shall be indicated to the customer in the order confirmation by the Geohabitat, and will be added to the price of the products, except in chaos in which in particular are free, whenever the amount of the purchase by the client exceeds the amount indicated for that purpose. The order will be delivered to the address that the client indicate when making the order.
After confirmation of the order and the availability of the product on the part of Geohabitat, the customer shall transfer 100% of the price shown for the bank account that the Geohabitat indicate, after which considers the package as effective.
The Geohabitat will do everything possible to meet the deadline of delivery indicated in the order confirmation. The Geohabitat cannot be responsible for delays caused by third parties or setbacks. In case the client does not receive the order within the time indicated, will be conducted an investigation to the path of the order, which can take several days after the complaint is received from the client. During this period, no refunds will be made or new delivery. On receipt of the order by the customer, the Geohabitat recommends that the customer check the products and provide, if necessary, by hand and with his signature, on proof of the order, any anomalies that have occurred. Without prejudice to the laws of applicable warranty, Geohabitat recommends that the client indicates all reservations you understand why well do, for any anomalies relating to products, stating the Geohabitat as soon as possible, to your address. The returned products can only be accepted in her perfect condition, including the package, accessories and manual, where applicable.
The Geohabitat allows the return in 10 business days for products which do not comply with. The customer can return the product within this time limit, at your own risk, accompanied by a justified and duly signed. The order must be sent by registered mail and suggested that the customer insure the value of the order which decides to return. This is necessary in case the products are lost or damaged. The cost of transport continues to be the responsibility of the client. The new products will only be accepted and complete (with accessories, manuals, whenever applicable), returned in the original package. Any damaged product, which is not in the original package or that is worn beyond its simple opening, will not be refunded, or is only partially reimbursed, depending on specific conditions. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the value will be deducted according to the diagnosis made by Geohabitat. The time limits mentioned above, count from the date of receipt of the request. For refunds, the customer must indicate the bank account (NIB) for which you want to Geohabitat download the reimbursement amount.
The data that the customer provide the Geohabitat will be the key to the process and submission of applications for payment and establishment of guarantee agreements. By registering on the Geohabitat website, the customer agrees to provide the correct information, which will be maintained as confidential.
