The European Parliament resolution, in April 2, 2009, on "health concerns associated with electromagnetic fields" has several points of reflection, and measures 29.
Among the points of reflection, it is significant to point, as follows:
- "whereas electromagnetic fields (EMF's) exist in nature and consequently have always been present in the Earth;
- Whereas, However, in more recent decades, environmental exposure to artificial frequencies of EMF's has risen constantly, as a result of increased demand for electricity, the expansion of wireless technologies, and organizational changes in society;
- whereas the effect is that all the individual is currently exposed to a complex mixture of magnetic fields of different frequencies, whether at home or at work; "
Having regard to the content of the resolution of the European Parliament, it will be expected that the risk for electromagnetic people come gradually to be smaller?
The resolution is a text that appears after an
awareness of the risks at the level of the European Parliament. However, any actual change will undergo changes, dependent on the wishes of many other decision-makers, institutional and business officials.
Collective investments made in current technology are large and supposedly will be rentabilizados the long run, before any substantial changes to what is there.
However, it is worth being aware of the need for diagnosis and protection in terms of housing, work places, educational centres and all buildings where both susceptible to their users.
