According to the publication, the radiation of electricity and communications can affect the structure of DNA, by the mechanism of response to stress.

Scientific study annex, further protection measures are recommended, whereas there are biological effects (non-thermal) before if thermal effects, the latter being the only ones covered by current legislation, unfortunately in most countries.
